Jingyin city south stainless steel pipes Co.,Ltd .located in the southern city with a long history ,the ming dynasty outstanding travel home ,geographer xu xiake’s home town, and the emerging port city-jiangyin city qingyang town. Back entrusted the yangtze golden waterway, close to shanghai-nanjing railway ,the new long railway ,the shanghai – nanjing expressway, expressway along the Yangtze river, water road convenient traffic.
Jiangyin south Stainless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd was founded in Aug 1984, it owns fixed assets reach RMB 80 million, occupies an area of 52,000 m2. It was approved for production by National Metallurgical Ministry in 1992, and was reviewed in 1997, 2003 and 2004, the production approval certificate is renewed accordingly, our company passed the random check performed by Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau every year, it passed ISO 9001 quality system assessment by CQC and CCS in 2001 and was reviewed every year; it was approved for fabrication by DNV, ABS, GL, LR, BV, CCS etc classification societies in 2003; in Sep 2007, we got the approval of Manufacturing Certificate of Special Equipment.
We have 6 main production facilities of cold rolling production lines: 10T, 20T、40T、60T、100T、250T, to improve the precision of cold rolling stainless steel pipes, we invest RMB 50 million for new plant, 6 sets of 30 cold rolling machines, 3 sets of 60 cold rolling machines, 1 set of 110 cold rolling machine, 1 sets of 280 cold rolling machine; total 11 sets high precision cold rolling production lines, the diameter of cold rolled pipes in a range of φ19-325 mm, thickness sin a range of 1-30mm, it reaches domestic advanced technology level. We have the manufacturing license for the stainless steel pipes according to GB13296 for boiler, heat exchangers; seamless stainless steel pipes according to GB9948 for petroleum crackers; seamless stainless steel pipes according to GB5310 for high pressure boiler; stainless steel pipes as per GB/T 14976 for fluid transportation; stainless steel pipes as per GB/T14975 for structural purpose. We can also produce the stainless steel pipes as per ASTM A312、A213、A269、A271、ASME SA312 and German, Japanese standards.
We have total employees of 205, 13 engineers and technicians, 25 inspectors. Products ranges is φ8-426mm, thickness is 1-40mm. annual production volume of cold pulling and cold rolling stainless steel seamless pipes reaches 10000 tons, it’s the first precision stainless steel pipes manufacturer in eastern China. The products applicable for industrial manufacturers such as space flight, aviation, marine application, petroleum, chemical, instrumentation, machinery etc.
